Columbus (2020): Nemeth signed with Crew SC on October 5, 2020 and made four regular-season appearances (two starts at forward). He made two consecutive starts on the road: against the Houston Dynamo (October 24) and against D.C. United (October 28). Nemeth then made consecutive substitute appearances, the first coming at home against the Philadelphia Union (November 1) where he notably scored the game-winning goal (his first regular-season goal with the Crew) off his first touch, before making a substitute appearance on the road at Orlando City SC (November 4). In Audi 2020 MLS Cup Playoffs action, he made one substitute appearance at home against Nashville SC (November 29).

2019: MLS regular season: Started 18 of 24 appearances, scored eight goals and recorded two assists (1,559 minutes played). Scored the opening goal in a 2-1 loss at LAFC on March 3, bagging his third goal in as many competitive matches to start the season. Became the eighth player in Sporting history to score a hat-trick in a record-breaking 7-1 win over the Montreal Impact on March 30. Assisted Johnny Russell's goal in a 2-2 draw against the New York Red Bulls on April 14. Scored two headed goals, including the late equalizer, in a thrilling 4-4 draw against the New England Revolution, his former club, on April 27. Scored a goal in a 1-1 draw against Vancouver Whitecaps FC on May 18. Assisted Gerso's late goal in a 3-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC on July 13. Scored a goal in a 2-2 draw against the Portland Timbers on Sept. 29. Concacaf Champions League: Has started four matches and scored four goals (324 minutes played). Started in both wins over Deportivo Toluca FC in the Round of 16, scoring the opener in a 3-0 first-leg victory at Children's Mercy Park on Feb. 21 and bagging a penalty kick in the 2-0 second-leg triumph at Toluca on Feb. 28. Scored two goals in a 3-0 second-leg win over Independiente in the Quarterfinals on March 14, becoming Sporting's all-time leading goal scorer in the Champions League. Open Cup: Did not feature.

2018: Joined Sporting KC in a trade from New England on Aug. 6. MLS regular season: Started four of nine appearances, recording one goal and one assist for Sporting KC (386 minutes played). Earned his 2018 debut for the club as a second-half substitute in a 2-0 win at LAFC on Aug. 11. Came off the bench to assist Johnny Russell's late goal in a 3-0 win over Portland on Aug. 18. Earned his first start since returning to the club in a 1-0 win over Orlando City SC on Sept. 8. Scored a goal in a 5-1 win over the San Jose Earthquakes on Sept. 15, his first since returning to Sporting KC in August 2018. New England Revolution: Started four of 15 MLS appearances, recording two assists (466 minutes played). Open Cup: Did not feature for Sporting KC. MLS Cup Playoffs: Made one substitute appearance (20 minutes played). Played 20 minutes as a second-half substitute in a 3-2 conference championship second-leg loss to Portland on Nov. 29.

2017-18: After one and a half seasons in the Qatar Stars League, Nemeth returned to MLS in August of 2018 when he joined New England. He started seven of 21 league appearances for the Revolution, tallying a goal and three assists.

2016-17: In January 2016, Nemeth joined Al-Gharafa SC, where he scored 13 goals across 26 appearances.

2015: Nemeth won the 2015 AT&T Goal of the Year for his stunning solo run and finish against the Portland Timbers on Oct. 3. MLS regular season: Started 23 of 28 appearances, scored 10 goals and tallied six assists (2037 minutes played). Was named Etihad Airways MLS Player of the Month for May after recording three goals and two assists during a month in which Sporting KC went 3-0-2. Scored his first MLS goal with a 94th-minute game-winner in a 3-2 comeback win over Philadelphia on April 5. Nemeth's first goal was Sporting KC's 1,000th across all competitions in club history. Scored his second goal in a 2-1 loss at LA Galaxy on April 18. Scored the opening goal in a 4-4 draw at Houston on April 25 for his third strike in four games. Scored two goals and recorded one assist in a 4-2 win over New England on May 20, earning MLS Team of the Week honors (Week 12). Scored a goal and assisted Benny Feilhaber's goal in a 4-0 win over FC Dallas on May 29, also suffering an MLS season-high eight fouls in the match, and earned MLS Team of the Week honors in Week 13. Scored the game-winning goal in a 2-0 win over Colorado on June 27. Recorded the game-winning assist to Kevin Ellis in a 1-0 win at Vancouver on July 12. Assisted Benny Feilhaber's goal in a 2-1 win over Montreal on July 18. Scored the game-winning goal in a 3-1 win at Toronto FC on Aug. 8. Assisted the team's second goal to Dom Dwyer in a 4-3 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Aug. 15 as Sporting KC came from two goals behind after the 80th minute to complete one of the best comebacks in MLS history. Assisted Dom Dwyer's goal in a 2-1 loss at the Colorado Rapids on Aug. 29. Scored a goal in a 3-1 loss at Orlando City SC on Sept. 13, winning MLS Goal of the Week for Week 28. Came off the bench and scored a stunning goal on an individual run in a 1-0 win at Portland on Oct. 3, a strike that eventually won 2015 AT&T Goal of the Year. MLS Cup Playoffs: Started and played 120 minutes in Sporting KC's 7-6 penalty kick shootout loss at Portland after a 2-2 draw through regulation. Scored a spectacular go-ahead goal in extra time of his postseason debut. Open Cup: Earned four starts and recorded five goals and one assist, entering a tie for first place in club history with five goals in the competition all-time. Scored in all four of his appearances and became the fourth player since 1995 to score in four straight Open Cup matches in the same edition of the tournament. Started and played 75 minutes in a 6-2 fifth round win over FC Dallas on July 1, scoring two goals. Started and played 89 minutes in a 3-1 quarterfinal win over the Houston Dynamo on July 21, recording a game-winning assist to Dom Dwyer before scoring the third goal to seal the win. Started and played 87 minutes in a 3-1 semifinal win over Real Salt Lake on Aug. 12, scoring the third and final goal late in the game. Started and played 120 minutes in a championship win over the Philadelphia Union on Sept. 30 as Sporting KC prevailed 7-6 in penalty kicks after a 1-1 draw in regulation. He scored the game-tying goal in the 65th minute and converted his penalty kick in the shootout.

2013-14: Scored eight goals and added six assists in 24 Dutch Eredivisie matches for Roda JC Kerkrade.

2012-13: Joined Dutch club Roda JC Kerkrade and scored two goals in 21 Dutch Eredivisie appearances.

2011-12: On loan from Olympiacos, scored one goal in one appearance for Hungarian club MTK Budapest and four goals in 17 appearances for Dutch Eredivisie club RKC Waalwijk.

2010-11: Made four Greek Superleague appearances for Olympiacos before going on loan and scoring four goals in 10 games for Olympiacos Volos.

2007-10: Joined Liverpool FC (England) as an 18-year-old in July 2007. Featured extensively for the Liverpool Reserves while training alongside the likes of Steven Gerrard, Fernando Torres, Xabi Alonso, Peter Crouch, Dirk Kuyt, Javier Mascherano and Robbie Keane. Was the 2007-08 Barclays Premier Reserve League's top scorer with nine goals in 12 matches, leading Liverpool Reserves to the national championship and scoring the game-wnning goal in the final. Spent the 2008-09 campaign on loan at Blackpool FC of the English Championship.

2005-07: Signed his first professional contract at age 15 when he joined MTK Budapest of the Hungarian top flight in 2005. Recorded two goals in his first season before breaking out in 2006-07, scoring 12 goals in 25 games.

INTERNATIONAL (37 caps, 4 goals):
Nemeth starred for Hungary's U-17 and U-19 youth national teams before earning a spot on his country's rotser for the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup. He led Hungary to a third-place finish with three goals in six matches at the tournament, including two goals in extra time against Italy in the quarterfinals. He made his senior team debut in May 2010 and played five matches in Hungary's 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifying campaign. He scored his first international goal for the senior team in a 5-1 World Cup qualiyfing win over Estonia on Sept. 10, 2013. 2015: Nemeth joined the Hungary Men's National Team in June for its UEFA EURO 2016 Qualifying campaign. He played the second half of Hungary's 4-0 friendly win over Lithuania on June 5, then played 45 second-half minutes of a 1-0 EURO 2016 qualifying win over Finland on June 13, nearly scoring in the 52nd minute only for his shot to be cleared off the line. He earned his 18th cap as a second-half substitute as Hungary drew Romania 0-0 in a Euro 2016 qualifier on Sept. 4. He earned his 19th cap and the fourth start of his international career in a 1-1 draw at Northern Ireland on Sept. 7. He earned his 20th cap in a 2-1 win over the Faroe Islands on Oct. 8 as Hungary clinched a top-three finish in Group F. Played 90 minutes and scored two goals in a 4-3 loss at Greece on Oct. 11 as Hungary sealed third place in Group F. Started and played 90 minutes in Hungary's 1-0 win at Finland  in the first leg of a Euro 2016 playoff on Nov. 12. 2016: Made two appearances at UEFA Euro 2016 in France. 2018: Scored his fourth international goal in a 3-2 friendly defeat to Kazakhstan on March 23. Earned his 35th career cap for Hungary on Oct. 12, making his first international appearance since March as a second-half substitute in Hungary's 1-0 loss at Greece in UEFA Nations League C. 2019: Was a second-half substitute in a 3-1 road win over Azerbaijan in UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying on June 8. Started and played 90 minutes in a 2-1 friendly loss at Montenegro on Sept. 5.
